Where is your main warehouse and office located?
Our corporate headquarters and major operations are based in Janakpuri, New Delhi. We operate bonded and non-bonded warehouse spaces across Delhi NCR and Gurgaon, close to Inland Container Depots (ICDs) and IGI Airport.
How long does the customs clearance process take?
For air freight in Delhi, customs clearance normally takes 24 to 48 hours. Sea cargo clearance takes 3 to 5 days, assuming all import/export paperwork is correctly prepared and pre-filed.
What documentation is required to clear imports in India?
Standard documentation includes the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (for sea) or Airway Bill (for air), Import Export Code (IEC), and Authorization Letter for the Customs Broker (CHA). Food imports also require FSSAI registration.
Can I defer customs duty payment?
Yes. By using our customs bonded warehousing services in Delhi NCR, you can store imported cargo under customs bond and defer duty payments until you withdraw the goods for domestic distribution.
